In-Room Intercom

Each of our rage rooms are equipped with an intercom system that goes directly to your Smash Associate. Whether you need assistance gearing up, want someone to help take pictures for you or just need more stuff to destroy, we're only a button press away.

Guest Wi-Fi

No cellphone service to stream your Rage Out playlist from Spotify, Apple Music or Youtube? Not a problem, just connect to our free Guest Wi-Fi network and you'll be smashing to the latest tunes in no time.

Bluetooth Speaker

Each rage room comes with it's very own Bluetooth speaker for customers to connect to during their smash session. In-room instructions will guarantee your connection with little issue.

In-Room First-Aid Kit

Each rage room comes equipped with a fully stocked first-aid kit mounted on the wall incase of small injuries. From band-aids to gauze and splints, we're ready just incase.

In-Room Timer

Your remaining time is clearly shown in the room using a large digital timer mounted on the wall.

Ceiling Hanger

Our custom welded ceiling hangers give smashers a whole new range of possibilities when it comes to destroying items. We've seen people hang chairs, windshields and more from the ceiling as they unleash the true power of imagination to pulverize however they see fit!

Have you ever tried to smash a plate and instead the entire table broke, sending you falling forward onto broken glass and wooden shards? Not fun. Our custom made furniture is designed to endure damage from every angle while ensuring you break only what you intend to.

Rage Room FAQs

Commonly asked questions and their answers

Booking

All cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:
  • Cancellation requests received 12+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received at least 6 hours in advance receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellation requests received less than 6 hours in advance are ineligible for a refund
Reschedule Policy Due to our bookings schedule, we can only allow ONE (1) reschedule per group/booking/individual. If you believe you can't make your previously scheduled time, but are unsure of when you'll be able to reschedule, simply request a credit either via phone or e-mail (info@lockcityadventures.com) and we'll make a note on your account. Initiating a reschedule will exclude the possibility of a refund at a later date, due to the expenses used to cover the original booking time (labor, electricity, etc...). Additional reschedules after your first reschedule will incur a $15 fee, due at the time of rescheduling. Cancellation Policy Please submit all cancellation requests HERE - Our customer sevice staff have no information or control over processing your refunds - This is handled by our Finance department. If approved, the refunded balance will be placed back into your account 1-5 business days after the cancellation is completed. You can! However, since we do have to open up the facility just for you or your group, Monday - Thursday we are appointment only. To book an appointment please Click Here.
This means we are completely sold out for that day, as our calendar is updated in real time. You're welcome to check back periodically to see if someone has cancelled their reservation, but unless a cancellation occurs, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate anymore games that day.
It is HIGHLY advised that you don't walk-in, though we do support it if we have the availability to accommodate you at that time. Due to our availability please book ahead of time to 100% guarantee access to one of our rage rooms, especially on weekends. Please remember that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are appointment only.
No. All of our rage rooms look exactly the same, with very small construction variations. The packages are named based on the included breakables, and have nothing to do with room decor.
Yes! To save time once you arrive, you're more than welcome to have each member of your party sign their waiver before arrival. Simply forward the link below to everyone in attendance. Waivers can be signed online here: https://waiver.fr/newnan-ga Once signed you will receive an email with a copy of your waiver. Proof of digital waiver signing will need to be shown at the front desk before entry into the rage room.

Pricing and Duration

Our pricing is simple – the size of your group decides which packages you can choose from. Smaller groups can book bigger packages if they want, but bigger groups can’t book the smaller ones. We set up our prices this way to make sure everyone gets enough stuff to break and has a great time.
Each rage sessions lasts 45 minutes. But you don’t have to leave right after you’re done smashing things, there’s more fun in the same building! Pass the time with our premium classic board games, play one of the most unique Dart Throwing experiences in America or test your mind in our highly rated escape room, designed and built by the team at Lock City Adventures.
We do require a deposit to hold each reserved time. All rage room packages require a deposit of $50.
The deposit is then applied toward your upcoming reservation, so if the total price of your package was $100, with a $50 deposit you would only be required to pay $50 when you arrive.*
*The total price for your session, including tax is stated on the checkout page before you pay anything.
NO. Our company is run by people just like you, and we hate hidden costs just as much as the next person. To keep a fair, honest and faith based business, all of our pricing is clear and up-front, so you will NEVER pay more than is mentioned during your checkout unless you choose to add more items or people to your session once you arrive.

Clothing and Equipment

Yes. If you don't want to be required to wear our protective coveralls, you will need to wear staff approved clothing to protect you from debris. Acceptable clothing includes:
  • Long sleeve shirt
  • Hoodie or Sweatshirt
  • Jeans or Heavy Sweatpants
  • Close toed shoes (absolutely no sandals)
  • Crocs, but only in Sports Mode (kidding - no crocs)
For your safety you are required to wear close toed shoes to this attraction. We also have steel-toed shoes for rent at $4/pair should you forget or need them.

Who Can Participate?

To break things in our rage room, anyone under 16 years old must be with an adult. They will also need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver along with their own. Waivers can be signed online here: https://waiver.fr/p-eqowE or at the reception desk on arrival. Proof of digital waiver signing will need to be shown before entry into the rage room.
Children of any age are allowed to participate in the rage room under the supervision of a parent and/or guardian. For their safety we have child sized jump suits, smaller/lighter weapons and face shields/goggles.

What All Do You Offer?

Our rage room is equipped with a subbed bluetooth speaker that participants can connect to and play their own music while they rage.
All of our Rage Room Packages offer you the ability to add special weaponry such as a High-Powerd Pellet Rifle (.22 and .177 caliber with hollow tip ammunition), a Crossbow Pistol, a Woodcutting Axe, movie themed weaponry and more to come with our menu constantly expanding! These can be added to your session either before or during a session, and can be reserved online at your time of booking.

Donations

Yes, we're more than happy to accept donations! However, due to costs associated with cleaning, we are no longer accepting dirty glassware (unwashed, thick dust from storage, etc...).
We cannot accept anything that may cause a safety hazard to customers. Common items that contain dangerous electrical discharge and/or metals and liquids include: Microwaves, Tube Televisions, Light Bulbs, Thermostats, Air Cannisters and Medical Equipment.
Donations can be left behind our facility beside door #265. During opening hours Friday - Sunday, if you would like unloading assistance please notify a staff member at the reception desk and we'll be happy to assist you.

Purchase A Gift Voucher

Lock City Adventures’ gift vouchers are available in multiple varieties dependent entirely on which of our activities you would like to gift. All vouchers can be purchased as a digital voucher, with physical gift box vouchers available for voucher purchases totaling $50 or more. Each voucher is valid for any Lock City Adventures activity, including REKT Inc, which is a subsidiary company of Lock City and will never expire. To purchase a physical voucher please call or visit our store during normal business hours.

From our escape rooms, to our REKT Inc. rage rooms and Play Plus gaming lounge, all activities found in our facility are 100% unique and can’t be played anywhere else in the world, which makes them an interesting gift for families, groups of friends, employees or those who like something a little bit different.
