All cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation requests received 12+ hours in advance receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received at least 6 hours in advance receive a 50% refund
- Cancellation requests received less than 6 hours in advance are ineligible for a refund
Reschedule Policy
Due to our bookings schedule, we can only allow ONE (1) reschedule per group/booking/individual. If you believe you can't make your previously scheduled time, but are unsure of when you'll be able to reschedule, simply request a credit either via phone or e-mail (info@lockcityadventures.com) and we'll make a note on your account. Initiating a reschedule will exclude the possibility of a refund at a later date, due to the expenses used to cover the original booking time (labor, electricity, etc...).
Additional reschedules after your first reschedule will incur a $15 fee, due at the time of rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Please submit all cancellation requests HERE - Our customer sevice staff have no information or control over processing your refunds - This is handled by our Finance department. If approved, the refunded balance will be placed back into your account 1-5 business days after the cancellation is completed. If you booked a game within 6 hours of your appointment, all sales are final.

You can! However, since we do have to open up the facility just for you or your group, Monday - Thursday we are appointment only. To book an appointment please Click Here.
This means we are completely sold out for that day, as our calendar is updated in real time.
You're welcome to check back periodically to see if someone has cancelled their reservation, but unless a cancellation occurs, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate anymore games that day.
It is HIGHLY advised that you don't walk-in, though we do support it if we have the availability to accommodate you at that time.
Due to our availability please book ahead of time to 100% guarantee access to one of our rage rooms, especially on weekends.
Please remember that Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are appointment only.
No. All of our rage rooms look exactly the same, with very small construction variations. The packages are named based on the included breakables, and have nothing to do with room decor.
Yes! To save time once you arrive, you're more than welcome to have each member of your party sign their waiver before arrival. Simply forward the link below to everyone in attendance.

Once signed you will receive an email with a copy of your waiver. Proof of digital waiver signing will need to be shown at the front desk before entry into the rage room.
Pricing and Duration
Our pricing is simple – the size of your group decides which packages you can choose from. Smaller groups can book bigger packages if they want, but bigger groups can’t book the smaller ones.

Each rage sessions lasts 45 minutes.

We do require a deposit to hold each reserved time. All rage room packages require a deposit of $50.
The deposit is then applied toward your upcoming reservation, so if the total price of your package was $100, with a $50 deposit you would only be required to pay $50 when you arrive.*

NO. Our company is run by people just like you, and we hate hidden costs just as much as the next person. To keep a fair, honest and faith based business, all of our pricing is clear and up-front, so you will NEVER pay more than is mentioned during your checkout unless you choose to add more items or people to your session once you arrive.
Yes. Each rage room has two (2) areas - the Smash Area and the Viewing Area. We allow two (2) people in the Smash Area at the same time for safety reasons, and all other participants wait in the plexiglass protected viewing area until it's their turn to smash.
On arrival, you'll be able to pay your remaining balance for the smash room. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, CashApp, ApplePay, Google Wallet and cash at the reception desk.
To enter the smash room each group will be required to have a card on file incase of any major, negligent damage to the room like shooting out cameras, throwing things the wrong way through the plexiglass windows, prying wall boards off the wall, etc... All damage charges are thoroughly explained during your intro and you're welcome to ask an attendant at any time what you can break incase you have concerns.

Clothing and Equipment
Yes. If you don't want to be required to wear our protective coveralls, you will need to wear staff approved clothing to protect you from debris. Acceptable clothing includes:
- Long sleeve shirt
- Hoodie or Sweatshirt
- Jeans or Heavy Sweatpants
- Close toed shoes (absolutely no sandals)
- Crocs, but only in Sports Mode (kidding - no crocs)
Who Can Participate?
To break things in our rage room, anyone under 16 years old must be with an adult. They will also need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver along with their own.

Children of any age are allowed to participate in the rage room under the supervision of a parent and/or guardian. For their safety we have child sized jump suits, smaller/lighter weapons and face shields/goggles.
What All Do You Offer?
Our rage room is equipped with a subbed bluetooth speaker that participants can connect to and play their own music while they rage.
All of our Rage Room Packages offer you the ability to add special weaponry such as a High-Powerd Pellet Rifle (.22 and .177 caliber with hollow tip ammunition), a Crossbow Pistol, a Woodcutting Axe, movie themed weaponry and more to come with our menu constantly expanding!
These can be added to your session either before or during a session, and can be reserved online at your time of booking.
Yes. Each rage room comes equipped with 7 standard weapons: Baseball Bat, Mace, Golf Club, Industrial Sized Wrench, Industrial Pipe Wrench, Claw Hammer, Crowbar
Donations
Yes, we're more than happy to accept donations! However, due to costs associated with cleaning, we are no longer accepting dirty glassware (unwashed, thick dust from storage, etc...).
We cannot accept anything that may cause a safety hazard to customers. Common items that contain dangerous electrical discharge and/or metals and liquids include: Microwaves, Tube Televisions, Light Bulbs, Thermostats, Air Cannisters and Medical Equipment.
Donations can be left behind our facility beside door #265.
